Why Rise Beyond?

I do not have answers. I have experiences.

I spent sixteen years in the Indian Administrative Service and later moved to the private sector as a CEO. The two worlds are often compared, but rarely from the inside. Both have taught me something about government, leadership, power, careers and the choices we make in life.

This is where I share those experiences. Sometimes as an article. Sometimes as a video. There may also be an occasional note when something stays in my mind long enough to be written.

The purpose is simple. To make you think. To question. To analyse. To understand different sides of the same coin. I am not interested in adding to the hullabaloo of the world or offering shortcuts. The world is usually more complicated than the certainty with which it is explained.
